Properties of racing sprockets

Colour

- each rear sprocket is coated with a colored anodized layer
- colors are available: silver, red, blue, gold, black, graphite, titanium, cherry, orange, olive
- we use a non-standard modern process where the surface of the sprocket hardens even more
- the surface is very resistant to weather and chemical influences and maintains a constant color

Material

- the production material is extra strong, high quality 100% aluminum 7075 T6
- the rear sprocket is thus much lighter, very strong, resistant to bending and twisting
- the main features are the highest hardness and thus wear resistance
- the rider himself will appreciate the features when riding in extreme conditions

Weight

- all models are designed for maximum performance
- light weight plays a big part in this
- our engineers use a special computer program to develop the rear sprocket
- the result is minimum weight, highest resistance, strength against impacts, bending and twisting

Mud groove

- developed and created to improve the clean transmission when driving in difficult terrain
- the rear sprockets for offroad are equipped with a mud drain
- the important function of the mud groove is to push the mud out of the interdental gap and extend the service life
- we make a mud groove on both sides of the sprocket to ensure symmetrical chain guidance in the center of the sprocket
- we don't have the profile only as a decoration. It's thoroughly thought out for the easiest possible removal of mud from the gap
